At Café Coffee Machines, quality comes first. Our warranty ensures your coffee gear stays dependable, so you can focus on enjoying every cup.

What’s Covered

We cover any manufacturing defect in material or workmanship that appears during normal home use within the warranty period. Depending on the issue, we may repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not apply to:

Consumable items Filters, cleaning tablets, descaling powder, gaskets, O-rings, water cartridges
Normal wear & tear parts Burrs, seals, grinder hoppers, portafilter baskets, calibration adjustments
Performance factors Espresso extraction speed, milk frothing quality, grind preferences
Improper use Accidental damage, misuse, incorrect voltage, commercial or rental use, neglect of cleaning/maintenance
Altered or relocated products Unauthorized repairs/modifications, or products purchased/used outside India

 

⚠ Note: The taste, aroma, or texture of coffee is highly dependent on user technique and is not considered a defect.

Warranty Coverage

Duration: All eligible products are covered for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

Region: Warranty is applicable within India only.

Eligibility: Coverage applies to the original purchaser who presents a valid proof of purchase.

Customer Responsibility

To keep your warranty valid, please:

Operate the product only as intended and as per the user manual.

Perform regular cleaning and maintenance (descaling, backflushing, burr cleaning, etc.).

Retain your purchase invoice/receipt for verification. 

Limitation of Liability

Café Coffee Machines’ liability is limited strictly to the repair, replacement, or refund of defective products. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages
