Shipping and Delivery Policy

Non-Refundable Shipping Charges

All shipping fees are final and cannot be refunded, including in cases of returns, cancellations, or unsuccessful deliveries.

Estimated Timelines

Delivery timelines provided at checkout are only indicative. While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as courier or logistics partner issues.

Undelivered or Rejected Orders

If an order cannot be delivered due to reasons on the customer’s side (for example, an incorrect address or unavailability at the time of delivery), the customer may request redelivery by paying an additional shipping fee.

Dispatch Timeline

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your package is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS with all the details.

Tracking Your Order

The confirmation message will include a tracking number or link that allows you to follow your order’s journey in real time.

Delivery Concerns

If your order has not arrived within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please reach out to us at cafecoffeemachines@gmail.com with your name and order number. Our team will investigate and update you promptly.

 Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver your order on time, there may be situations beyond our control that cause delays, such as:

• Severe weather conditions
• Airline or cargo delays
• Political or regional disruptions
• Other unexpected events

In such cases, deliveries may extend beyond the standard timeline and could take 10–15 working days, or in rare cases up to 15–20 working days. We sincerely regret any inconvenience caused, but please note that no compensation will be provided for delays arising from such unforeseen circumstances.
